Resep ini inspirasi dari Mbok Kar yang kalo bikin dadar jagung uenak buanged... dulu jaman masih di Surabaya sering minta dibikinin, paling enak dimakan sama Sayur Asem. Jadi menu special saat puasa daging menjelang Paskah hehe..

bahan:

jagung manis, cincang kasar
bawang putih, parut
bawang bombay, parut
telur, kocok lepas
cabe merah besar/paprika merah, rajang kecil
daun bawang, rajang halus
daun jeruk, buang tulang tengahnya, rajang halus
ketumbar
merica
garam
gula
tepung terigu
tepung maizena

cara membuat:

  1. Campur jagung manis dengan bahan lainnya, aduk rata
  2. Siapkan wajan dengan minyak banyak (cukup untuk merendam), goreng sesendok demi sesendok, sampai kecoklatan.
  3. Angkat, tiriskan dengan kitchen towel. Hidangkan dengan sambal terasi/extra pedas.

note:

terigu : maizena = 1 : 2

Hi Flora...
I like your blog.. pretty interesting. Also the recipes. We are similar, i dont like to make recipe with exact measurement. Cooking is an art. Can make an exact formula. =)
Where do you live in Japan?? My Mom is Japanese. My Dad is from Medan. I got one Indonesian grandpa, one chinese grandma, one Japanese grandpa, and one German/Jew grandma. COnfused? me too. ;) While my husband is half white, quarter red (american indian) and quarter black. Our kids can form United Nations. =)
Would love to get to know you more, if you have the chance to write back. I know you are busy.
I miss Japan and used to go there quite often. My favourite spot is yamanashi, hakodate, aomori, kagoshima, etc.
OK gotta roll. talk to you more more soon , i hope.
Bye..greetings to your family.

Take care,
Grace McMillan
